1 to 1 Personal Training

Every person is unique. At DSF we can offer a tailored approach to achieving your goals. If you are looking for a more individual style to workouts so that they work for you, if you have an injury or special requirements or perhaps you are preparing for an upcoming event, our personal training service will be right for you.
We want to work with you to get you to the place you want to be. You will be assessed before you start with us and from there, we will work out a programme that will be 100% tailored to your needs so you can achieve your goals. Plus, you have our coaches undivided attention throughout your session.

£50 per session or £400 per month for 2 sessions a week.

1 to 1 personal training @ DSF

Small Group Training

Small Group Training @ Dynamic Strength & Fitness

Group Training is a great way to work out. You have other people to share the pain with, you motive each other and at DSF we find that you also make friends. Our members are a great bunch of crazy likeminded people who support each other inside and outside of the gym.

Membership entitles you to 3 Small group training sessions a week. 2 Sessions will be Strength based training and one will be conditioning based. This is designed to help you get stronger and fitter.

£120 per month

Olympic Weightlifting &
Powerlifting Coaching

Dale is a fully qualified Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting & Powerlifting Coach with a proven success rate. In 2019 Dale coached weightlifting at the European Masters in Finland, his client brought home a silver medal for Great Britain.
If you’re looking to try a new sport, if you want to get strong or if you want to learn how to lift correctly then give it a try. Your programme will be 100% tailored to your needs whether you are preparing for a competition or you just want to learn a something new.

£50 per session or £400 per month for 2 sessions a week.

Weightlifting @ DSF

Pre & Postnatal Fitness

At DSF we appreciate that it can be confusing to know what exercise you can and can’t do when you are pregnant and when you can exercise post birth.
The more active and fit you are during pregnancy, the easier it will be for you to adapt to the changes your body is going through and to cope with Labour.
We understand the physiological and biomechanical changes that take place through pregnancy so we know how to manage the risks during exercise so we can deliver safe and effective Ante & postnatal exercises sessions.

Our coach is fully qualified in Pre and Postnatal fitness and can programme a training session just for you.
Alternatively, or we can modify the group sessions so you can work out with others.

Nutrition Advice

Whether you are a just starting to get in shape or you are a full-time fitness fanatic then a nutrition plan can play a key role in getting results. Eating better can will improve performance, recovery and injury prevention, it makes sense to eat what your body needs. A structured plan can increase your chances of success, increase the likelihood that you will make the healthy choice and it can save you time and money.
